the location is ideal - just a short walk from the JR station and situated in a nice quiet area. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and provided all necessary facilities without hesitation. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good mountain views and all the basic amenities you could need. We also enjoyed the included breakfast at the nearby bakery, which offered enough options to satisfy all tastes.
All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

The staff were very supportive and attentive. The rooms were clean, reasonable spacious, and the whole hotel had an air of quiet professionalism. Just the other side of the station from the city centre, the location was perfect for those vsiiting the city to see the castle and other sights.

The location was excellent and the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was well maintained.
The pillows. They were like rocks! The staff, while very courteous, had a very limited ability with English language although we had been told this was not the case. The food available in the dining room was very basic and the language problem didnt help to understand the menu. The food was also quite expensive. Better value eating outside the hotel. No tea or coffee making facilities available and no internet facilities for travellers without their own computers.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. the location was fantastic as it was within easy walking distance of the city center and the train station. the room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a refrigerator and toiletries provided. I also appreciated the complimentary Christmas-themed decorations in the room, which added a festive touch. the breakfast offered a decent selection of food.
There were a few areas for improvement. the Wi-Fi connection in the room was weak and spotty, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel's location was great, very close to a train station and plenty of nearby restaurants which were easy to locate. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering useful information. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything needed, including a pleasant view.
The hotel's price was quite steep for what it was, especially compared to other similar hotels in the area. The lack of wifi in the room was also a disappointment, and the curtains were too short, causing an early wake-up call from the sun.
